About Evan

Evan Fetterman is the founder and senior member of Fetterman Law, practicing law since 1968. He earned his Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Lehigh University. After five years as a lawyer in New York, he moved to Palm Beach County, Florida, establishing Fetterman Law. He is noted as the first lawyer in Palm Beach County to advertise legal services, making them accessible to the general public. Throughout his career, he has represented thousands of injury victims, never working for insurance companies or large corporations. He is recognized for his innovative approach to law firm marketing and is a Sustaining Member of the American Association of Justice, a member of the Florida Justice Association, a supporter of the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County, and a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He has also been recognized in Who’s Who in American Law and authored the book 'Smart Lawyers, Smart Clients'.
