Fernando Barragan

Attorney Barragan is a lifelong resident of Connecticut and is dedicated to giving back to the community that raised him. Attorney Barragan received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut. Following graduation, he spent a year serving with AmeriCorps at the UConn Health Campus, implementing health fairs across Connecticut to provide free preventative care exams to indigenous populations.
