Fielding Matkins grew up in Shreveport, Louisiana. He played baseball for Northwestern State University. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from LSU in 2017, where he was inducted into the Omicron Delta Kappa National Honor Society. He obtained his Juris Doctor and Diploma in Comparative Law from LSU’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2020. He is a Partner at Bianca | Matkins and was named 'Ones to Watch' by Best Lawyers in 2025.
