About Floyd
Floyd J. Dugas is a Senior Partner and head of the firm’s Municipal Labor & Employment practice. He represents towns, cities, and boards of education throughout Connecticut. He was named 'Lawyer of the Year' by Best Lawyers in America® in 2022 and received the Connecticut Law Tribune’s Lifetime Achievement Award in 2022. He is also a Life Fellow of the American Bar Foundation.
