About Francis
Upon graduation from law school in 1990, Attorney Moore served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Judge Edward G. Biester, Jr. Following his judicial clerkship, Attorney Moore became a prosecuting trial attorney for the next six years in Pennsylvania, serving as an Assistant District Attorney in Bucks County and Allegheny County. He joined Peter Mansmann in 1995 as a trial attorney, managing and prosecuting complex litigation matters in Ohio & Pennsylvania state and federal courts, including auto accident, product liability, FELA, Jones Act, ERISA, and veteran’s disability cases.
