Frank had been practicing law since 1956. As one of the founding attorneys, he worked in a wide variety of practice areas including estates, land or other property, helped business with plans and other operational matters. Frank’s commitment to the firm has set a precedent for dedication, and honest representation to the Salina, KS, and North Central, Northwest, Southwest Kansas communities. He will be deeply missed.
