Frank DiVito has over 25 years of experience in business law, corporate leadership, and strategic advisory services. He began his career as the first associate at LaRose & Bosco in 1998, later becoming General Counsel, COO, and CEO for a national telecommunications firm. He led the firm's acquisition in 2019 and has since consulted on M&A and advised Private Equity firms. He currently serves as President and General Counsel of a Midwest firm specializing in real estate services for the telecommunications industry. As an experienced real estate and business transaction attorney, he handles business contracts, corporate formations, real estate transactions, and asset/stock purchases nationwide.
