Frank E. Turney graduated from Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland in 1989. In 1992, he graduated magna cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law and was admitted to the Maryland Bar. In 1992, Mr. Turney founded his law firm, The Law Offices of Frank E. Turney, P.A. As an experienced criminal, bankruptcy and personal injury attorney in Maryland since 1992, Mr. Turney has tried jury and nonjury cases in many Maryland state courts. He specializes in personal service to his clients. Mr. Turney is active in several civic and charitable organizations and has been honored by the Maryland Legal Services Corporation, Maryland State Bar Association, Maryland Volunteer Lawyers Association, Baltimore County Bar Association, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for his extensive pro bono work over 30 years on behalf of indigent clients. He is fluent in Spanish and also holds a commercial pilots license and is a flight instructor.
