Frank Jenkins opened his own law office in 1997, dedicating his practice to helping disabled workers and individuals obtain Social Security Disability benefits. He began practicing law in 1990, initially representing insurance companies, but chose to start his own firm to advocate for injured and disabled individuals. He is affiliated with numerous professional groups including the Kentucky Workplace Injury Litigation Group, Kentucky Justice Association, American Association for Justice, and NOSSCR. A native of Kentucky, he graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 1990 and Centre College in 1987. He is also an author, having written a book on Social Security Disability and articles on Kentucky Workers’ Compensation. Frank Jenkins was voted the people's Favorite Attorney in the Reader's Choice 2014 Lexington Herald-Leader poll.
