About Frank
Frank Mihalic joined Carpenter & Zuckerman in 2022. Previously, he served as a judicial clerk to Hon. Richard S. Hoffman in the New Jersey Intermediate Court of Appeals. He received his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School, graduating with honors, and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Rowan University, summa cum laude. While at Rutgers, he was a Dean’s Scholarship recipient, associate editor for Rutgers Law Record, and provided legal services through the Immigrant Justice Clinic.
