About Frank
Mr. Pollock has more than 20 years experience representing clients in many different areas of law. These include clients injured as a result of motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall accidents, use of defective products and medical negligence. He also has extensive experience representing injured workers in worker’s compensation matters in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Other clients have included individuals and companies involved in consumer and commercial disputes including Lemon Law, warranty claims, unfair debt collection claims, web site development and construction and contractor claims. He has also regularly represented defendants in routine traffic matters as well as DUI/DWI, drug possession cases and other serious criminal matters. Additionally, he has represented numerous medical providers in payment disputes with automobile insurance carriers and has litigated in excess of 1000 such disputes in the Superior Courts of New Jersey as well as in alternative dispute resolution forums mandated by New Jersey law. His experience also includes numerous arguments before the Appellate Courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
