I became a Personal Injury Lawyer because it is very gratifying to help deliver a positive impact for my clients. I take a long view approach to every case with the assumption that it will be tried. Therefore, I plan every case for trial and foresee and identify any potential areas for appealable issues. I practice appellate law in addition to my other areas of practice, and I am accustomed to avoiding errors that allow my opponents to appeal. In other words, I aim always to be several steps ahead of the other side. Working at LMS Law is extremely rewarding. There is a camaraderie in this firm that is like no other.
