Frank practices in AZ and MI as General Counsel to several closely held businesses, involved with equestrian land development in FL, helicopter repair and maintenance in FL, real estate investment management in MI and AZ. Enjoys working with many different disciplines such as accounting, insurance, construction, banking, investment management and real estate.
