Duke Regan is a Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer who focuses on representing victims in medical malpractice cases and civil litigation. Duke joined the Law Firm of Pajcic & Pajcic in 2023 after spending over 15 years defending healthcare professionals and practices as an insurance defense litigator. He brings a wealth of knowledge on how to tackle complex medical negligence cases. Duke and Seth Pajcic went to high school together and have faced each other in court many times over the years.
