Frederic M. Shulman

Frederic “Rick” Shulman was a founding member of the firm who passed away in 2023 after a heroic battle with cancer. Rick graduated from Columbia Law School in 1979, where he was an editor of the Human Rights Law Review. From 1979 until 1990, he practiced law in New York City, concentrating in both commercial litigation and commercial transactional matters. He co-founded Price Meese Shulman & D’Arminio, P.C. in 1994.
