Frederick J. Moore III (Fred) was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama, graduating with honors from Mobile Christian High School in 2003. He pursued a double major in Political Science and Business Management and double minors in Pre-Law and Sociology at Spring Hill College, graduating magna cum laude in 2009 and receiving the President’s Award in Business Management.
