Fred London is Of Counsel to the Firm and focuses his practice on advising international clients on US corporate and litigation matters. Mr. London was previously based in London, England and served as Group General Counsel for two publicly traded European companies. Both companies had operations in 40+ countries which resulted in Mr. London having extensive experience in international M&A, litigation and risk management. Mr. London's experience in US corporate matters includes managing numerous US acquisitions including technology companies valued at $2+billion and $3+billion. More recently, Mr. London was a partner in a New York City law firm where he served externally as North American General Counsel to a large (100,000+ employees) security services firm. Earlier in his career, Mr. London was an attorney in the Enforcement Division of the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C.
