Greg started Arenstein & Andersen Co., LPA with Nicholas I. Andersen in 2010 after working together for a few years and becoming good friends. Greg has many years of legal experience with a strong background in business, taxation, and planning. He is an experienced problem solver who is comfortable working with clients on any legal matter from the very basic to the extremely complex. Greg helps his clients better understand their legal issues and decisions with his ability to translate legalese and tax jargon into plain English. Greg was named to the 2022-2023 Columbus CEO’s Top Lawyers List. He concentrates his practice on individuals, closely held businesses, and business owners. His practice areas include: estate planning, powers of attorney, wills, trusts, and wealth transfer; business formation, planning, and transactions; employment; residential and commercial real estate; and the tax planning and strategies involved in all of these areas.
