Garrett Harlan joined Albarran & Joyce in 2024. He is a transplant from northeast Arkansas and graduated from Arkansas State University and the University of Arkansas School of Law (magna cum laude). He previously served as Deputy County Attorney for Washington County and Deputy City Attorney for Springdale, prosecuting criminal charges including DWI/DUIs.
