Mr. Maresca is knowledgeable in a number of areas of the law, with a primary concentration in real estate transactions. He has extensive experience in both conventional and complex residential and commercial real estate transactions and represents a number of institutional lenders as well as individuals and businesses in the purchase and sale of real estate and cooperative apartments.
