About Gary
Gary W. Lyons is the senior partner of McFarland, Gould, Lyons, Sullivan & Hogan, P.A., having been an attorney with the firm since 1981. His practice focuses on corporate and business matters, real estate transactions, and estate and trust planning and administration. Gary obtained his undergraduate degree from Brandeis University in 1973 and his Juris Doctor from Western New England University in 1976. He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1979 and is licensed to practice in the U.S. Federal District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the U.S. District Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit. He is a State of Florida Certified Arbitrator and a Florida Bar Fee Dispute Arbitrator. Gary is a longtime member of the Clearwater Bar Association and has served on the Grievance Committee of The Florida Bar. He is also actively involved in community organizations, including coaching youth sports and serving on advisory boards.
