George A. Lohmeier

George Lohmeier grew up in Clinton, Iowa and spent the first four years after high school graduation serving in the United States Navy aboard an aircraft carrier, the U.S.S. Franklin D. Roosevelt. Upon being honorably discharged, he studied at Florida State University and spent summers working as a brakeman on the Chicago Northwestern Railroad. Having earned a degree in political science, he moved to Indianapolis to attend Indiana University School of Law.
