Having recently “retired” from the full-time practice of law, Mr. Powers is now Special Counsel to the firm. He will continue to consult with and assist the firm’s active attorneys as needed and will also be available to work as a mediator. Mr. Powers is admitted to practice before all Wyoming state courts, the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
