Jerry Vergilis has enjoyed a career as a trial attorney for more than 40 years. His trial experience has taken him into all courts, criminal and civil, State and Federal. His early trial experience was gained as a part-time deputy Public Defender for Dutchess County where he defended the full range of criminal cases from misdemeanor to felony murder.
