About Gerald
Gerald D. Wells III is a partner in Lynch Carpenter’s Philadelphia office, specializing in complex class action litigation, particularly ERISA, wage and hour, and ADA litigation. He has been recognized as a leader in class action litigation, speaking at numerous conferences. He was counsel of record in the Supreme Court’s decision in Genesis Healthcare Corp. v. Symcyzk and successfully argued before the Eleventh Circuit in Rafferty v. Denny’s, Inc. He also served as trial counsel in Verma v. 3001 Castor, Inc., securing a $4.5 million jury verdict. He has helped recover over $100 million for aggrieved employees. He graduated from Temple University School of Law (2001).
