About Gilbert

Gilbert Hardy, Esq. is a 1999 graduate of St. John’s University School of Law, and has been involved in personal injury litigation ever since. He has successfully handled from inception to verdict a wide range of negligence cases including automobile, premises liability, labor law, toxic torts, wrongful death, products liability, assaults, and others. He has also handled real estate matters, Surrogate’s Court, Title VII, and contract dispute litigation. He has drafted and argued over 40 appeals in all areas of personal injury, cases which have been cited by over 1,000 other decisions.
