Gilberto J. Barreto

Gilberto “Gil” Barreto, born and raised in Miami, Florida, graduated from Saint Thomas University (Miami, FL) in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Administration. As a student athlete, he earned all-conference academic honors while playing on the university’s baseball team, and participated in the 1996 NAIA World Series, which was the first team to do so in school history.
