Gordon A. Byars

Mr. Byars is not a native Tennessean but has chosen to settle in Cookeville, Tennessee to raise his family and represent the citizens of Tennessee. He was born in Las Vegas, Nevada, and moved to West Tennessee as a teenager. He graduated from Tennessee Tech University with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. He then attended Lincoln Memorial University’s - Duncan School of Law, where he clerked for the Tennessee Attorney General and Reporter's Office.
