About Greg

Born in Boston, Massachusetts; educated in Texas, Greg concentrates his area of practice in business and real estate transactions. As head of our Business Organizations & Transactions Practice Group, Greg has helped incorporate 65 new and emerging businesses in the Houston area. Greg is also the founding partner of Texas Lone Star Investments, Inc., a local area investment company working to help secure venture capital for small start-up companies and real estate developers.
