About Gregory
Gregory G. Pinski is a retired district judge for the Montana Eighth Judicial District Court and an experienced trial attorney. He is a sought-after mediator and arbitrator, and an elected member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. He has an exceptional success rate resolving complex civil cases. Judge Pinski earned his bachelor of arts, magna cum laude, from the University of North Dakota and graduated, with distinction, from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 1999. He practiced law in Minnesota and Montana, and taught at the University of Minnesota Law School. He is an elected member of the American Law Institute and appointed by the Montana legislature to the Uniform Law Commission. He is also a tireless advocate for veterans, having founded a veterans treatment court and serving as a judicial consultant.
