H. Mark Hamlet is a founding partner at Hamlet Law, focusing on commercial litigation, construction law, product liability, health care law, and insurance coverage and defense. He has over 30 years of experience, trying more than 50 jury cases and handling extensive appellate work. Mark is a certified mediator in North Carolina and a member of the American Arbitration Association Arbitration Panel since 2020. He has been recognized as a 'Legal Elite' by Business North Carolina magazine, a 'Super Lawyer' by North Carolina Super Lawyers magazine for 15 consecutive years, and 'The Best Lawyers in America' for Commercial Litigation and Construction Litigation. He was also named 'Lawyer of the Year' in personal injury litigation (2021) and construction litigation (2023).
