About Hal

Attorney Hal Cook is the managing partner of Cook & Cossio, a nationally recognized multi-state personal injury law firm. He focuses on complex litigation of negligent/inadequate premises security and medical malpractice cases. He has been retained by law firms in seventeen states for expert case consulting and litigation trial support. Before private practice, he had 15 years of administrative and management responsibilities in public safety and as a Chief of Police. He is also an experienced lecturer and author on criminal justice and security training programs.
