About Hani
Hani W. Hashem is a trial lawyer who began practicing law in Arkansas in 1984. He has litigated claims in all state and federal courts in Arkansas and the United States Supreme Court, focusing on personal injury, defective products, medical malpractice, construction site accidents, automobile accidents, and business fraud. He has numerous precedent-setting jury verdicts and is recognized for his victories defending banking institutions. Mr. Hashem has been honored as a Special Justice of the Arkansas Supreme Court on five occasions and has served on influential Supreme Court Committees. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, International Society of Barristers, and Litigation Counsel of America, and has been rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell for 15 years.
