About Harmony
Harmony is a litigator who focuses her practice on insolvency, receivership, business and commercial litigation. Appointed to the R.I. Superior Court Receivership panel in 2017, she has experience in an array of industries. Harmony also has experience litigating a variety of corporate disputes, including shareholder derivative, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract and business tort claims. She has also handled general commercial, civil, personal injury, products liability and premises liability litigation matters over the years. She practices in all state and federal courts in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Harmony enjoys working with clients, learning about their businesses and helping them find strategies and solutions to resolve their disputes in order to achieve the best outcome. She advises clients on all of their dispute resolution options including litigation, a pre-suit resolution or settlement through alternative dispute resolution.
