Attorney Harold L. Watkins is a founding member of ASPEY, WATKINS & DIESEL, PLLC. For the majority of his career, his practice was in the areas of complex civil and commercial litigation. He was named as counsel in several class action matters of regional and statewide significance. Mr. Watkins also was involved in the prosecution of numerous matters arising from operation of cities and towns throughout the State of Arizona. He served as an appointed member to the first City Council after the 1988 incorporation of the City of Sedona and helped guide the city to its first elected council.
