Harris J. Zakarin joins EEP Law as Senior Appellate Attorney, bringing over 25 years of experience dedicated to appellate practice. He has appeared in every appellate court in New York, including the New York Court of Appeals. He previously headed his own law practice and co-chaired the appellate practice group at a national law firm. A former law clerk in the Appellate Division, his name appears on countless appellate decisions.
