Harry S. Allen, IV is an attorney with experience in real estate transactions, foreclosures, estate planning, criminal defense, traffic law and civil litigation. He graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1996 and received his juris doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2000.
