Harry W. Goldberg founded Goldberg and Goldberg in 1938. He has represented parties in thousands of serious injury and wrongful death claims and suits arising out of automobile, truck and pedestrian collisions, defective products, nursing home negligence, medical malpractice, pharmacy liability, dangerous premises and other serious personal injury matters. He has been attorney of record in multiple published precedent setting cases in the United States Court of Appeals.
