Harvey D. Peyton

Born in 1949 to the late Tom H. Peyton and Anne T. Peyton, Mr. Peyton is a lifelong resident of West Virginia. A native of St. Albans, West Virginia, Harvey D. Peyton was admitted to practice law in the State of West Virginia immediately upon graduation from the West Virginia University College of Law in 1974. After a one-year clerkship with Chief Judge Robert E.
