A North Carolina native, she graduated with honors from North Carolina State University in 1999 with a degree in Horticulture. Before joining the legal field in 2021, she managed teams in greenhouse and landscape environments and served as an Office Administrator for a software company. Heather is a Notary Public and has completed the Paralegal Certificate Course© through North Carolina State University.
