Heidi T. Sharp's practice concentrates on representing individuals in employment law and civil rights violations. Her experience includes claims involving whistleblowing, wage and hour laws, FMLA violations, equal pay violations, sex, race, disability, accommodations, national origin, pregnancy, age discrimination and harassment, contract violations, severance negotiations, and the gamut of employment laws in state and federal court. She has appeared in numerous appellate courts and administrative agencies. She is the Chair of the State Bar of Michigan Labor and Employment Council and cochair of the Federal Bar Association Labor and Employment Committee.
