Henry S. Monti

About Henry

Henry S. Monti is a board-certified civil trial expert who loves being a trial lawyer. He developed his trial skills as a public defender and special assistant attorney general, trying over 30 jury cases. For more than two decades, he has protected personal injury victims at Gemma Law Associates. He is a past president of the Rhode Island Association for Justice and a recipient of their Lifetime Achievement Award. He is licensed to practice in Rhode Island since 1982 and admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court. He earned his B.A. from Providence College (1979) and J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law (1982).
