About Herbert
Herb Bristow has been a lawyer with Haley & Olson since 1981. His primary areas of practice include mediation and litigation. He also has experience in real estate law, banking, corporate law, and other areas related to business planning. Herb was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1981 and to the Federal Bar in 1983. He has also been admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals and before the United States Supreme Court. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Southern and Western Districts of Texas.
