About Herbie
Herbie Montalvo is an experienced litigator who began his career defending large companies against significant claims. In 2024, he joined The Ammons Law Firm to represent individuals and families injured by misconduct. He graduated from The University of Texas at Austin and earned his J.D. from Baylor University School of Law, where he was a Technical Editor for the Baylor Law Review. Herbie has extensive trial experience and has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America as “One to Watch” in Personal Injury and Commercial Litigation for 2023 and 2024. He also maintains an active pro bono practice representing undocumented immigrant children.
