Herman Fleischman

Herman Fleischman has over 40 years of experience in law, graduating from Brooklyn Law School, NYU's Wagner School of Public Administration, and Brooklyn College. He interned at the New York County District Attorney's Office and NYC's Housing and Development Administration. His career includes working for the Amalgamated Insurance Fund, serving as a Special Assistant Attorney General, and Special Counsel for the Willowbrook Developmental Center. He also practiced medical malpractice and general liability defense. He is admitted to practice in New York, the District of Columbia, the U.S. Tax Court, the U.S. Supreme Court, and various U.S. District Courts. He is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and Brooklyn Bar Association, and has received several awards including AV Rated by Martindale Hubbell and BBYO's Man of the Year Award.
