Hermez Moreno serves as Of Counsel to Boucher LLP, bringing nearly four decades of experience as a veteran trial lawyer specializing in complex police misconduct litigation and catastrophic personal injury. He has achieved verdicts and settlements up to eight figures across various legal areas, including civil rights, medical/legal malpractice, and mass torts. Moreno also has extensive experience in transactional work and served as Special Counsel to Cesar Chavez. He is admitted to the State Bar of California, the U.S. Supreme Court, and multiple federal courts, and is an active professor of trial advocacy.
