Hilda Millan, a native of El Paso, Texas, developed a passion for the legal profession at a young age, inspired by her father’s 30+ years of experience in immigration law. She earned her bachelor's degree from Pennsylvania State University before moving to Tampa Bay for law school. Hilda graduated Cum Laude and as a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society.
