About Hillary

Hillary is a graduate of Brigham Young University, where she graduated with a degree in Elementary Education. She earned her paralegal certification at UCSD in 2009 and has been working primarily in the area of personal injury ever since. Hillary joined the Phillips & Pelly team in 2011 and provides attorney and client support in each phase of client claims. However, her passion is trial preparation. She assists our attorneys with settlement demand preparation and coordinates with our clients throughout the litigation (discovery) portion of their cases. Outside of work Hillary enjoys spending time with her family, and enjoys running, cooking and travel.
