Holly Ortiz

Holly Ortiz was born and raised in a small town outside of Dallas, Texas. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Texas at Austin and Mary Baldwin College. She received both her master’s degree in government and her law degree from Regent University in Virginia Beach in 2014. During law school, Holly interned at the Office of the Chief Staff Attorney for the Supreme Court of Virginia and at the federal public defender’s offices in both Richmond and Norfolk.
