Hon. Ben Fuller (Ret.)

Hon. Ben A. Fuller is Of Counsel at Hawthorne, Atchison and Riddle, where his practice area focuses on general civil litigation, personal injury, and plaintiff's work. He served as Circuit Judge for the 19th Judicial Circuit from 1996 through 2023. He earned his law degree from Faulkner University's Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in 1990.
